Phase 1 · Onboarding

$1,500

One-time. Covers accounts and software setup, listing optimization, pricing buildout, and guest-experience guidance before go-live.

Phase 2 · Ongoing Co-Hosting

20% + $125/mo

20% of accommodation revenue plus a $125/month tech fee. Covers day-to-day operations, revenue management, and owner reporting.

Additional costs may include cleaning, maintenance, photography, supplies, insurance, and platform or software fees depending on your property.
